We came to Las Vegas specifically to see Britney Spears Live at the Planet Hollywood. Since we were running late we decided to valet our car. The valet came to the window and told us there are no more guests parking at the moment. He could only take hotel guests but he could park our car upfront for $20. He gave us the receipt and we paid the $20 plus a big tip because we thought he was doing us a favor. So we went to the concert and after when it was time for us to retrieve our car the cashier asked for an additional $13 dollars. And we explained that the valet who took our car initially said the fee would only be $20 to park upfront. He never mentioned we would have to pay an additional fee. At the counter we saw multiple guests saying the exact same thing, describing the same guy and situation as us. We asked to speak to the manager and again we all explained the situation and basically we were told that the valet had left for the day and that he must have misinformed us. The manager said he wasn't able to comp our parking. So we ended up having to pay the fee of $13 because if not we wouldn't be able to get our car back. The hotel manager came out and agreed with us that this was unacceptable and that this situation makes Planet Hollywood look bad. He gave us his email and told us to email him all the information we had. And he would get back to us with a possible refund/ or solution. Moral of the story: DONT TRUST THE VALET AT THIS HOTEL.
