I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This shop has been around for a few years and I just decided to come in to purchase a harness. Louis was so sweet and began chatting with me. Next thing you know, I'm bringing my baby in! Deuce is a terrier with long hair and he normally gets cut down really low. If he gets nervous, normally he won't let a groomer cut him too low. He let Louis cut him down, brush his teeth AND clip his nails! He is usually skittish but looks like he trusted him very much! And look at his smile! He loved it! Definitely coming back. Thank you again guys!
