I visited here a couple times, for tatt and piercing and was satisfied with service both times. The atmosphere and level of professionalism is what one can expect of a tattoo shop: laid-back. The piercer (Josie) was super-sweet and efficient. My tattoo was cover-up and I felt he did a great job at not only The application of it in concealing the old one, but also in designing it. I went in with my lack of artistic ability description and he (Kayo) made it look way better than I had even imagined. The first time I went It was an evening and I was a little confused about the parking set-up because the studio is in a gated building and there is no adjacent lot. Parking is actually in a lot across the street. Also there are a lot of stairs to access the studio, which could pose a hindrance for those who may not be able to negotiate stairs. Other than that, decent spot. I loved the style and decor of the studio. One thing I disliked though was the open lay-out for the tattoo area. The piercing area is private, but not where the tatts are done. Understandable that it is an open floor plan for the most part, but even a couple of privacy screens/partitions would be nice to give a little privacy to those being tatted. Aside from that I would visit again/recommend.
