I recently signed on to Green mango. I was previously with Blue Sky. I joined because the majority of people were ranting and raving about the service. I have to say the customer service factor is the reason I am writing this review and giving 2 stars. Nobody ever picks up the phone. On Friday June 22nd I must have called (no joke) 15 times and I kept getting the option to leave a voice mail. I decided to drive to the location and there I was helped. The young lady was able to get me a guy to give me a termite quote and get my initial pest control. Very professional termite guy came by to give quote and access the situation. Stated that someone would call me that day or Monday the latest. I had to text him today to let him know nobody has called as of yet. Also when the pest control guy was at my home, he also tried calling for me and he couldn't even get through. I hope they fix their phone lines because I am highly disappointed. I hope I did not make a mistake signing on to this company. I hope management reads this and will contact me directly.
