Unfortunately I can't comment on the yoga class itself as I came here to meet a friend for a class and subsequently had a very unpleasant encounter with the studio owner. I had pre-registered online and completed the waiver ahead of my first class. As it was my first time visiting the studio I took a wrong turn on the way to the class and ended up walking in to the studio at 7:48, 3 minutes after the start time. I politely apologized for my lateness and explained what had happened. The man who owns the studio informed me that I would not be allowed to join my friend in class as I would disturb the whole class by simply walking in and unrolling my mat in the corner. I understand that it is important to arrive on time however I was not very late and had a reasonable explanation as well as had planned to meet a friend. My friend had informed the studio that I was running a few minutes late.
The owner was very rude and uptight, I certainly would not want to deal with him under any other circumstances and I left feeling fairly upset. I will keep going to my current studio which has lovely staff and excellent instructors.
