Like the others, I wish I could give this company negative stars. They damaged many of my items and would not do anything about it. For a 2 bed/2bath home (one of which had a daybed that I HAD DISASSEMBLED) it took them NINE HOURS to load the truck and move me. Although very irritated, I thought "well, their dime" WRONG! They had quoted me a very reasonable amount but then charged me hundreds of dollars more. By that time of the night (after a long day of moving-and loading the truck..yes thats right my friend and I helped them load the truck to get things moving), I thought "will give them money and take it up with owner in the morning" The owner refused to make any of this right, even though I had called him several times during the day with concerns over these very, very green kids. Hope I can save someone from this frustration.
