I purchased bar stools here and the quality is definitely lacking. The stools that I wanted weren't available in store so I ordered them from a catalog that they had. When I received the stools, they were different from what was displayed in the photo. Also, the metal handles had small dents and were rough to the touch.
Of course when I complained I was told that there were no refunds and the ordered item doesn't have to be exactly as shown in the catalog. Coincidentally, the website no longer has photos of the stools, most likely because of this bait and switch tactic. I was eventually able to return the stools minus a 20% restocking fee (seriously?) and I'm currently trying to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company.
I ended up buying the bar stools I wanted at Futureshop on sale for about the same price, only this time, I actually got what I ordered.
