If I could do 0 stars I would. I went to the doctor in December, insurance worked fine, paid my bill. Then in February I was billed for almost $1,000 because HPN had wrongfully terminated my account "in October." How is that even possible if I was able to use my insurance in December? Once they finally reinstated my plan I didn't have to pay for four months because they used the money I had paid them October-January. You know, the money I had given them to pay for my insurance they decided to randomly cancel. I have been in contact with their representatives almost every single week since February trying to sort this out and they keep sending me through a never ending loop that goes nowhere. DO NOT USE THEIR INSURANCE!
