I called with an emergency lock out from my apartment, the lady over the phone, Melissa was nice and friendly. She did her best to get me the best price as well. It was $60 total. I'm a single mother of 2 so I needed a reasonable price. She knew I had to leave for work at 10:00am and it was 9:05. Gave me a time of 25-30min tops. Well this is why I can NOT give them 5 stars and I really almost wanted to give them 3 because I waited over an hour. I called Melissa back at 9:45 and she couldn't believe noone had shown up as well. So she said she would find out what's going on and had let me know there was traffic and he would be there very very shortly.. The technician had also called me on 2 sepaerate occasions to give me a time of when he would be here and both times I waited well over what he said. First time was 5-7min after I had spoken to Melissa and he had said 15min, he took 25min. The second time he said 5min and it was 15min. Finally when he got here he had trouble getting the door open. But I did really appreciate that he didn't shred my lock to just get the door open quicker because that would've cost me a new doorknob and new key. The technician was really nice though, I couldn't find my house key when he got my door open and he offered to help me look for it. The price was ok, the people were nice but I hate being lied to about wait times and having to wait well over my quoted time. I was 2 hours late to work. Would I use them again?? I would call around first get prices. They got great reviews on Yelp so I was shocked that I had an issue at all...
