I have lived here for a year and just do not like the management. I do adore the complex itself, but the management has screwed me over when I was ending my lease. They sent a paper on my front door for me to notify them if I was ending my lease or not. I didn't receive the paper and was penalized $1800 for not telling them. They didn't bother to call or email me this matter. Just a simple piece of paper that could've been swept by the wind or someone could have mistakenly thrown it away. When I went to the office to deal with this matter, the representative said, "it's in your lease that you have to notify us and we don't need to tell you what's on your lease.". I was never told from the get go that this had to be done in order to move out.... Very unprofessional
