It seems like people are having a hard time understanding the difference between AM PM's service and American Home Shield policies. AHS is a scam and the worst home warranty company in existence...I know this now but only after getting duped into one of their policies. My new home had multiple plumbing issues, and AHS dispatched AM PM Plumbing after I had to tell the first plumbing company they sent to get off my property; they were that unprofessional. Jeremy from AM PM could not have been more awesome; great attitude, identified the problems, and accurately presented them to AHS so that they had no choice but to cover the repairs. Basically the opposite of the clowns AHS sent the first time. He came back a couple of days later and knocked each repair out in record time, and everything has worked awesome since. I've kept AM PM's information for any future plumbing needs that might arise and would recommend them to anyone.
