This website is very hard to get through and to understand, I signed up with the website because they made it seem like you could try it out and if for some reason you did not use the service and were unhappy they would refund your money. So I signed up to check it out because you can not view the process until you sign up.
Now I am told they will only refund you if your forms are rejected, which is not what they tell you when you sign up. Extremely unhappy, as I did not end up using the service because it is too complicated and was too in depth for my divorce paperwork.
I would never recommend this to anyone if this is the policy. So much bs!
