DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY! Absolute total rip-off car rental company. Offered online rate of $44.54 for 2-day rental. When I picked the car up, a Toyota Corolla, I was told I could only drive 150 miles per day and if I wanted to have unlimited mileage I could opt for a $100 flate rate plus tax fee of $120.25. Since they were closing at midnight and we were leaving for the Grand Canyon that night, I felt I had no choice but to take the car for the flat rate fee. When I drove the car home to pack I noticed it had not been cleaned inside. Drink spills, a hard boiled egg, and a mascara brush were found in the car. When I returned the car 2 days later absolutely cleaned, including totally vacuumed, I was told the total charge was $167.79. When I questioned this charge I was told the initial rental fee of $47.54 had been added to the flat rate fee of $120.25 rather than in lieu of for choosing the unlimited mile package. Of course I was informed that all information was listed in the terms and conditions on the website as their way of avoiding their practice of bait and switch for unsuspecting customers. This rental car company is actually located down a dark alley across from the main rental car facility. This in itself should raise a red flag. If they were a legitimate car rental company then they should be right alongside Hertz, Avis, Budget, and Enterprise rather than down a dark alley. Buyer Beware: they do have hidden fees in the fact that you are being deceived upfront. You are led to believe that the car comes with unlimited mileage as other companies advertise. However this car rental company is not in the same class as well known reputable car rental companies, and they know it. They know they are ripping people off and they feel they can get away with it by claiming "we put everything in our terms and conditions". They definitely use the "bait and switch" tactic to lure you in their front door with "having the lowest rates in town". And they train their front desk personnel to believe that they are not ripping customers off, which indeed they are. So yes you do get what you pay for. But the lowest prices in town are at the main car rental facility across from this bad business. And since I know the company will read my review, I already know about your terms and conditions. For those of you that have been taken advantage of by this company as I have been, my advice is do not hesitate to contact your credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
