Pati Gracia is the best! I am actually a repeat client of hers. That's how much I loved her service. I bought my house in 2016 and needed to refinance. The process took about 3 weeks. Pati was very communicative with every step of the loan progress. I can say I have savvy knowledge when it comes to loans and banking but there we're still many things I didn't quite understand and Pati made sure I did. It is very important to know what you are signing and agreeing to especially with a large transaction such as mortgage financing. She did the best she can with our rate and acted on our best interest and not hers. Aside from her knowledge and experience, Pati is very warm and kind. She is always willing to help. She even came to our signing with the title company. Some lenders would not bother to do that. She has mentioned that the best part of the process is when she witnesses the joy of her clients' closing. The company Fairway Independant Mortgage Corporation was excellent as well. I did not meet anyone else from this company but with the response and assistance through email and their fabulous website, I can say that they process was seamless. I completely recommend Pati and Fairway Mortgage!
