I need a complete overhaul on a front and back yard for a home I just moved into, including plants/trees, turf area and fencing/wall. It would have been a fairly large project for them. I have been calling and or emailing them for 3 days with no response whatsoever. Apparently they don't need the work despite getting their marketing materials in my neighborhood. Would never use them now if they can't be bothered to return a call. Customer service starts with a response to an inquiry
