Took a trip to Sedona last weekend and the bus lift did not work before we even left for the trip and we had two handicapped passengers. They were aware of it before the bus left the yard but still allowed the bus to come pick us up. The bus driver was rude and didn't want to load the luggage and we were all seniors. Finally the trip coordinator requested another driver and we got the best person working in the company. His name is Richard and the ONLY nice person besides the receptionist. We were stranded in a parking lot for two hours in Flagstaff because the lift did not work and the handicapped could not board the bus. Richard the driver had to work it manually after many tries. The bus company knew about this problem, didn't care, and are terribly rude when we call and ask for compensation. We deserve some of our money back after having gone through so much. Our trip was delayed one and a half hours before we could get started because of the bus driver and defective bus lift then we were stranded in a parking lot once again because of the defective bus ! DONT RECOMMEND THEM!
