18 months ago I had my A/C repaired with a two year warranty with AAA. A few weeks ago I returned to this shop and stated that the system was not cooling relative to the outside temperature. Lee promptly accepted my vehicle, replaced a leaking seal and refilled the system. The seal may or may not have been related to the original repair, but Lee made sure I had a functioning system for no charge. Apparently, Lee and John had previous employee problems and my ticket possibly fell under the fog of dishonesty to some degree. Regardless, customer satisfaction was paramount, and I am grateful for this type of service reminiscent of past days.
