Terrible customer service. They make it unnecessarily difficult for warranty items/repairs, and different versions from managers/service representatives. I wanted to continue our longstanding relationship with this location after it changed ownership, but unfortunately I do not have the time or energy to deal with such poor service. We serviced our Navigator here for many years, and unfortunately we are now going elsewhere.
