I've heard several stories about this salon, but me being the person that I am, I wanted to try it out for myself. When I walked in I was definitely proven wrong. What's the point of making an appointment online if I have to sit for several minutes and watch others come in AFTER me and get serviced. It's not like there weren't any employees who could service me. I watched ladies finish up with other clients and walk completely past me. The "receptionist" told one guy that I had an appointment which I hope wasn't the owner, who looked right at me and continued to talk on his phone. Before walking out, I asked the receptionist if there was ANYONE who could take me and she told me I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes, could I stay? NO. Having a background in the BBB profession, I would take a closer look at the issues that you're presented with before you lose your business. You never know who will walk through your door. Anyone could be a potential loyal customer, and you lost one today. I wish your business longevity.
