I don't go to Walmart for spectacular experience and I also understand return policies. What do I not I understand is how employees can be so rude? If you work behind a customer service counter your job is to be polite and provide a service. Not be rude and demeaning to your customer. They told me the person who is able to look up receipts was not available at the time I was there. I then asked who that person was and they changed their answer to we just don't do that. Make up your mind if you are just going to be lazy and not do your job.
