Finally made it in to try Brewnuts and I am definitely a fan! The space is not huge, and very cozy, with different levels of seating and a long bar. I love that you can grab a donut, a beer, or both. I ordered four so that I could try a little bit of each and took the rest home with me in a big pink box. I love that they offer a variety of cake and yeasted donuts, and I hear that they have filled donuts on occasion as well. I was quite partial to the sage cake donut, it was almost savory yet covered with sugar, and so darn good. My husband loved the maple bacon with large pieces of bacon, though he said he would have preferred a cake donut to the yeasted donut. The only negative about how the pace is set up is that the donut case is set pretty far back and it's tough to get a good look at the donuts until after ordering.
