I never write reviews, but i'm highly upset. Never had my hair done, so it was a first experience. I made an appt with ashley for a full balayage. Sweet women. 50% off can't beat that, but I also tipped atleast 25% from regular price. I showed her a picture, she said she could do it. I didn't get exactly what I asked for so I asked if she could fix it and make it more blonde, fuller and higher from what a balayage looks like. My hair is orange and doesn't look like a balayage at all! I walked out happy, but didn't realize my full hair was not colored and in the light it was orange. It was my first experience I didn't know what to do. I was kind enough to say she did wonderful, but asked her to fix it and she agreed, till this day i still haven't got an response. I understand being booked its a hassle, but the least you could do is respond back then make things more uncomfortable than it already is. I wont be going back to get it fixed.
