I just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile due to costs. The process was so quick and painless. Then came Mike. He is very personable and helpful and made the whole process feel less stressful. By making and keeping my appointment to get my phone switched over to their network, it only took 15-20 minutes of my time. He unlocked my phone for me in one try, and I was out the door in no time. I literally got everything done on my lunch break! That's how quick and easy it is to deal with T-Mobile. I used to have to wait a minimum of 30 min at AT&T. So happy to make the switch and came to this location to do it.
