Probably the worst customer service in the history of time. I witnessed 2 female employees and 1 male manager. The 2 girls behind the counter welcomed us and then laid on the counter like she was sleeping while her and her manager talked about who knows what. We were looking to spend $200-$500 on boots for a wedding. I had to walk back and forth to the front counter to get answers about boots. We walked out without buying a pair of boots since we didn't want to bother the manager and employees pow wow. While we exited not even a good bye or thank you but the 2 female employees stared at us while the chatted. If you like to be ignored and annoyed while shopping this is the spot for you. What a waste of time...............we will buy some LUCCHESE online or from their competitors.
