Horrible customer service.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been too! Called our drinks quietly and then let them sit even though we sat at seats inside just down the hallway.
Told us three times to leave cause they were closing at 10 even though they say they close at 10:30. Then upon leaving locked both doors, told us to use the front, then would not let us leave because we had to 'put the table back like I found it.'
I've worked in Starbucks and restaurants and have never treated anyone like this and hardly have been treated worse. We weren't loud, annoying, or rude - we were having a meeting and weren't out at 10pm sharp.
Will not come back.
