I have bought many pairs of shoes from this store in the past 5 years and the customer service was exceptional. November 14 at 1pm I took my son there intending to purchase a pair of shoes for him and one for me. We walked out empty handed. The male employee acted like he didn't care if we were going to purchase shoes or not. I am totally bummed because now I'm going to go outside Chandler for New Balance.
