I love Burger King (even though I probably shouldn't because it's not healthy) but when I recently went through the drive thru I had to wait almost 30 minutes. When I got to the window the cashier was extremely nice and apologetic which I appreciated. He explained that they were short staffed which made the wait understandable. But after he stepped away another worker came to the window to give me my food and I almost didn't take it. I feel terrible saying this but instead of wearing a uniform he was wearing a stained sweater and looked very unkept. He also got my order wrong and when I asked him to switch it he did so without using gloves. So I ended up not eating what I ordered. I imagine this was someone they had come in last minute because they were short staffed, but I basically lost my appetite because of their unprofessional appearance and behavior. I also think he may have been high, not that I care, but that probably didn't help the situation. Needless to say I won't be visiting again.
