While in Vegas for the college showcase, I Yelped brunch restaurants and had to give this place a try. We arrived and the line was out the door at 11:30am on a Saturday morning...granted it was St. Paddy's Day weekend, but I think it would have been just as long any other time.
We waited for a table for about 15 minutes. Not bad considering the line. Once seated, I checked into Egg & I, and I got a free Banana Nut Muffin. OMG!!!!! THE BEST BANANA NUT MUFFIN EVER! And that was just the beginning of our glorious dining experience.
Let's talk about Victoria. She's dynamite. You'll want her to be your bestie just as we all did. She is so personable and friendly and funny and I could go on and on. She was so attentive, our glasses were never empty...even the Bloodies! She gave us her recommendations and we were NOT disappointed.
Between us, we had omelettes, stuffed french toast, waffle w/banana, coconut and toffee and a mexican skillet. As I said before, we were not disappointed.
If this place came to California, we would definitely make the trek wherever it lands. I HIGHLY recommend Egg and I...and their BANANA NUT MUFFIN!
Thank you Victoria for being our bestie even if it was only for 30 minutes! We will be back!!!
