Called ahead to be sure they had what I needed. Spoke with Chad on the phone. Told him I would have to take a cab to him so I wanted to verify stock. He took the time on the phone to check that he had the correct spikes and quantity to cover my order. Hopped a taxi and went to the store. Met Chad. Very personable. He ran my order, ( very reasonably priced) and had me back in the cab in no time. I will use this store whenever in Phoenix.
