terrible choice of day care providers. here i am again 3 months later with another billing issue. i wish someone could get there shit together. i dont care what the policy is but how can a business charge you for a services that isnt rendered. i could understand if i scheduled my son to come and didnt bring him but hes not even scheduled to come. that would be like me charging a patient for a full appt when they didnt even show up. you just dont do that. and then will you call and try and get someone to call you back it takes them like a week. not to mention the lack of prekindergarten core education they provide. i unfortunately have to work full time as single mom so my son needs somewhere to and is in there core classroom and i get the same paper with the same words everyday no other work seems like it gets done, i ask ,y son do you guys do your number or anything else and i get a no mommy we just play. like seriously why am i paying for a prekindergarten core classroom when nothing is being done. all the good teachers leave because they dont care about there staff. i hate to say but there turn over rate is terrible. seems like every week im seeing a new teacher in the afternoon classrooms. how can you expect the kids to behave and listen when they get used to one teacher and then all the sudden they are gone!! i hate to have to switch my son day care considering he will be going to school in aug but its a damn shame that nobody can seem to figure the shit out on how to run a business. hate to say but i think a call to the better business bureau is needed. been nothing but issue after issue after issue and nobody does a damn thing about it!!! do not send your children here, should have listen to my friends who warned me about this place. highly not recommended.
