Foodie's Unite!
Located at Sunset Station Casino, you can smell the calories the moment you step out of your car. Part of the parking lot serves as host for this annual event. You can buy the general admission ticket online or at the door. I took a gamble and bought the tickets at the door. The line moved quickly for the amount of people anxious to get in.
The diversity of food trucks and vendors is outstanding. You could go from eating a sushi burrito to a dessert waffle to BBQ to a Lobster Roll. There is definitely something for everyone and a great way to try new food. Since I was there on a Saturday afternoon, the lines aren't bad. It was usually only a few people ahead of me.
My foodie fest experience was a good one. Even though I probably over ate, it was worth the calories. I'm looking forward to next year!
