I am not sure where to begin with the terrible service and crumby conditions at this facility?
I have used the facility strictly and only because of the location being very close to my office and let me tell you if given the choice again I would drive 50 miles before ever walking into this office again!
In the few months I have been seen here it is one nightmare after another and excuse after excuse...
Would love to get into all of the issues individually but would take this entire post.
Let me just say this, this place gets a complete FAIL in every category from scheduling (especially scheduling and unpleasant receptionists) to the old broken up dirty rooms to the very unpleasant nurses and more unpleasant physicians.
Do not waste your time and money on the short comings of this very poor physicians facility.
Wish I could rate it less then a (1) star.
Blue Cross Blue Shield will be notified next.
