CAF is amazing. The instructors are very motivating while remaining aware of individual limitations - temporary or permanent (ex. Past surgeries, etc.).
The facility itself is clean and bright with high ceilings and giant windows. Amenities like the vegan cafe, gear stop, and locker rooms equipped with showers make this gym super convenient for me.
It's like family at CAF...if your family was super into working out and all lived in a beautiful pent house in point breeze.
