I'd give 5 stars since I LOVE Dr. Wareing, but when she took an apparent permanent leave of absence, I was rescheduled twice and then was left hanging. Her staff said they would send my medical records to a new provider when I sent them a release, but it never happened and now my records seem gone forever -- and there was some important stuff in there that I still need! Wish she would go back into practice.
