I've attended several classes at Krysia since they opened and I really love it. The studio is kept at a nice temperature and many of the teachers I've had have been excellent, including Krysia, Deanna (who I loved already from Studio 11, my favorite teacher in Cleveland), Ginny, and Colleen. The Flow classes are challenging enough for me as someone who has practiced yoga for about 5 years, and can be modified enough that a beginner or advanced practitioner can be happy. This is also one of the few studios I've found that offer pure Ashtanga yoga for those who enjoy that.
