The sales staff are great very attentive excellent customer service. Then there is the service side of the house... Very poor attitudes from most of the staff. I called 3 times before I came in to get a tire fixed that's warranty work no answer on the service staffs phone lines left my name and number no call back... I show up here 1 guy Vince is working with 1 vehicle in the bay and 5 other employees sitting and or milling around their cubicles. (As I'm typing this review Mike called me back In Reference to one of the messages I left.) I've been waiting for over an hour for 1 tire to replaced they have had the tire for 2 1/2 hours( I had to go home and get the vehicle the tire came off of) so long story short this dealerships service department is lacking! Before you buy any warranties that will have to be utilized at this service department take into consideration the review I have provided.
