Stay far away!! Messed my car up for the long term, no preventive maintenance offered for a vital issue with the type of car I have, spent $1800 someplace else to get it fixed correctly and will have to spend an additional $300-$400 a year to try and reverse some damage done to the car. Talked to the DM, got some resolution, but it does not erase the long term damage to my car. Stay far, far away, they admittedly do have the knowledge to work on cars, nor the desire to do some research on a vehicle, they would rather just tell you it is an old car and have you go on your way! (BTW-my car is an '08) I was a 20 year customer, now someone else can have my money, I will NEVER be back!
