I am writing to give the new manager, Joe Mosso and his staff Purva, Amanda, Jessica and Pedro major thumbs up. I needed an unexpected car repair when my car wouldn't start in my garage.They recommended an excellent tow service, ANR and Mike M. was able to get me to the store to have my car diagnosed.
Although I arrived with no appointment and there were a few customers in front of me, they all provided outstanding customer service, professionalism and made a not so great day palatable.
Purva was able to get everything done and my repair ended as not as extensive (what a relief and a blessing with the holidays approaching). I was also allowed to utilize coupons and checked other issues I made them aware of. It's not often these days that you are put at such ease when the unexpected hits.
My thanks to them all and the Pep Boys Auto Service organization. You have a loyal customer for life!
