Rude staff, no communication, store smelled like fart, staff concerned about keeping computers & performing unauthorized repairs, extremely uncomfortable about leaving my computer with them. No one helped me at first, I had to be the one to initiate contact after being there for a couple of minutes. The store wreaked of flatulence during both visits that were 4 whole days apart. Filthy floor. (Tania? @Camelback) VERY sneaky about quoting, did not indicate that the repairs merely suggested would mean that my PC would stay longer. Did not ask me in plain English if it was okay to go ahead and make these repairs suggested after asking them what the diagnostic results were. Did I mention that I had to call them first after the 48 diagnostic time frame was up and that they did not even call me or submit an email to me to let me know that they had found my problem? I wanted diagnosis only and the tried quoting and sneakily tried charging me $99 for a $10 part and simple repair without asking if that was what I wanted. I hung up wondering what just happened and I had to call them back to tell them to give my computer back!!! 48 hours went by w/ no call even issuing the 48 hour diagnostic status well after 48 hours, unauthorized repair was in progress, + no online status updates. Do not let them keep your computer due to unauthorized repairs! It is illegal and I could sue them had they carried on with the repairs without my permission!! The only good thing about that was the free diagnostics and the TV in the lobby to help keep my mind off their poor customer service and unprofessional staff. No one was up front when I asked for my computer back and had to wait a couple of minutes for anyone to come to the front!!! Rude!!!
