Crystal was kind to fit me in on a first time appointment the morning that I called. My appointment was for a color for my grey roots. There were a couple of things that really impressed me. First: she applied a pretreatment to the scalp line around my face and ears. This made it easy to clean up the dark color lines around my face (no colorist has ever done that before and it was a nice service). Second she very thoroughly washed my hair and especially my scalp with lots of rinsing. She said that thorough rinsing helps clean the scalp of the dye. (No one has ever cleaned my scalp that thoroughly before). I appreciate the removal of the color from my scalp. Third: she was ver gentle on the blow dry and style. I really liked the blow dryer and tool she used.
