Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Let's start with the cleanliness. The place felt dirty and looked dirty. Most alarming was their play area. The sign states to remove your shoes. So you would assume they would keep it clean for safety reasons. Sadly enough the play area looked like it has never been vacuumed. How irresponsible of a business to not only prohibit our kids from wearing shoes to protect their feet but but to be so reckless to not ensure the area is clean and safe for our kids. I hope management understands they need to focus on safety with. Includes keeping their place clean so if our kids have to walk barefoot, they can do so without worrying about all the debris on the ground
The rides were okay, the arcade is small and the games are outdated, and four of the coin rides didn't even work. But honestly seeing how dirty the place is, it would not shock me that everything was just mediocre.
