The Asian lady that stands at the front and checks cards let about 6-10 people walk right in and when I come in she had me rumble through my bag to find it. Who cares anyways- you can't purchase anything inside without one. So I'm in a rush trying to get out, all I needed was my pictures. After I purchased my pictures and tried to leave she then redirected me to a huge line for me to stand in to get pictures signed off on. Annoying!
