I have been into this store due to its close proximity many times and had a run of the mill experience, sometimes not so good. Nothing horrible. BUT today, or this morning rather, I got onto the website (seamless, easy, efficient) to make an appointment to drop off my car at noon for new brake pads and an oil change. Simple right? About five minutes later (and I wish I remembered this guys name) they called me back and confirmed my appointment, and let me ask all the questions I wanted to get a good idea of what I might be spending "ballpark" range, what I can expect in time, etc. Not only that but he educated me on some various things for the future and thanked me for being proactive about my issue instead of waiting until it got really bad, causing more stress and money in the long run. I loved that! I drop my car off, and that was a quick process. They had my paperwork ready to go as I indicated I was on a lunch break and needed to get back to the office soon, a quick look at the car before they took it and I went back to my office. About 4 hours later or so it was ready, and getting my car back was easy and quick as I would want any transaction to be! Overall, I rate this 10 out of 10 if I could. I work in customer relations and I am well aware how far GOOD service can go and how hard that can be to find. Not to mention, the stereotype of going to a car place and them taking advantage of you to make more money? Did not feel like that's what happened whatsoever. Thanks guys!!!
