GROOMING REVIEW: I love this store for supplies. I decided to try it for grooming because I called and got pricing and it was $20-30 less expensive than the place I had been going to. Now I will admit my dogs don't get enough brushing at home and tend to be moderately matted. Where I have gone in the past has dealt with this well, cutting them short but not shaving them by any means. The PetSmart grooming staff were very nice to deal with. I was surprised to find out they don't let you bring your dogs early and they want them picked up as close to when they are done as possible. This is hard for someone like me who works full time. But my biggest issue was how the grooming turned out. They shaved my dogs so short I barely recognized them. Except for the end of the tails which they left long, but even the rest of the tail was shaved. And on top of that, they charged me a huge extra for them being matted. It ended up costing even more than the other place I go. Needless to say, I will never take my dogs there for grooming again. Though I will remain a loyal customer at the store.
