Had an super crazy interaction with this company trying to find a place to rent. Thought I had found an amazing home it was spacious and affordable. When I went to see the property it looked as if the last tenants had just moved out, but being as though I didn't want to miss the opportunity to rent what I thought was an amazing property I went through with filling out the application and paying the fees. I got approved to only then be told nothing was going to be done with the home to make it move in ready. The carpet was filthy and so was the appliances. I was told being as though I filled out the application I was agreeing to take the property as is, I was blown away. I almost went through with everything after being told the owner decided he would clean the carpet. I was told to bring in a money order or cashier's check to the office for the earnest deposit and I would then be sent an email to continue the process. That was the final red flag to be asked after approval to bring in money but no paperwork would be done and to just wait for an email. This is a shady company a coworker of mine is renting through them and she is very unsatisfied. I am glad I followed my instinct and passed on what was going to be a living nightmare. Beware. I never do reviews but this will hopefully help someone else to also avoid a company that will expect you to pay your rent on time.
