I have been using business valet for about a year now and its been great. The price is okay, but I cant complain since we moved from an area that was super high in price. I like that I can text valet and have my car waiting and ready. I have used the car wash option and everytime its been awesome. I actually did the wash and wax and my car was spotless and very well detailed.. best in Charlotte to be honest. So all the negative stuff.. not sure about, but my wife and I have both had good luck.
