This is absolutely the worst oil change experience we have ever encountered!
We've never had a drop of oil in our driveway until after we had our oil changed at this mechanic shop... and to top it off, the oil filter they used wasn't even made for our vehicle... It looks like the mechanic went thru and shot oil in various spots to make it look like an oil leak...
He also tells us we have a radiator leak and need to replace the whole radiator, we asked how do you know the radiator is leaking? he said, I don't, we would need to do the pressure test, the hose is leaking"... Ummm, so no, the radiator doesn't leak then, we just need to replace a hose, but you want to charge us a whole new radiator?...
He made the comment to us that he wouldn't be open for business if he just did oil changes... so sucker people out of fixing things that aren't broken cause you said so...
I would never recommend this mechanic shop to anyone! If they gave me the option to not choose any stars, I would! Bunch of crooks! The guys attitude is just down right nasty to customers.. There are far better mechanics out there that want your business for the long relationship and not looking to make a quick buck!
