I've gone in many times for massages with Nicole. The first few were fantastic - she listened and worked on the main issues I was experiencing. But slowly the massages became more and more painful - where it would actually take me a few days to "recover." There is a difference between working out the kinks and aggravating and inflaming an area. I asked for lighter pressure on the last few times I came in, but I guess I should have asked for her to not concentrate on trying to get every knot out. She said she gives therapeutic massages, of which I have received hundreds over the years - therapeutic should not equal painful. Additionally, the last few times there was a client ahead of me who ended up 15 more more minutes into my appointment time. I received the time I paid for, but I book based on my schedule and sometimes 15-30 minutes creates stress for me that I can't make my next meeting or appointment. Two appointments, I laid on the massage table for 10 minutes, listening to them chatting and laughing, knowing my appointment time was then 25 minutes late. Aggravating.
