Very disappointed with the service. I bought a washer at 9 am. I was told that it would be delivered between 11 am and 1 pm. Nobody showed up or called me. I called them back at 430 pm and was told that they had some mechanical problems and they would be here within an hour...nobody showed...nobody called. I called them back and was told they were having another person deliver the washer and they would call before they arrived but should be here around 7 or 730 pm....again nobody came and nobody called. The lady seemed nice and gave me her cell phone to call...but when I called she sent me to voice-mail. She also didn't respond to my text message. It's now 845 pm and I still haven't heard from anyone and still don't have a washer. Horrible customer service!!
