Wish I did not have to give them one star. GoldenWest is horrible and very unprofessional! As a landlord I get horrible communication, incredibly slow response to issues, little to no resolution to problems and bad relationships with vendors. I can't tell you how may emails and phone messages go unanswered. I have to keep hounding them to get anything done. I know they are treating my tenants the same which is not the customer service I want to be providing. They can not keep tenants in the property and can not keep the property in good shape despite me paying all the bills! I am leaving and recommend other Owners to stay away!!!
